WATT - Working Arts & Technology Training is a nonprofit that I started in 2014. The program was established as a way to expose youth of color to the fields of graphic design and IT. Designed all elements from logo to web site and marketing materials.

Our Mission
I started WATT out of recognizing the extreme underrepresentation of specifically African American job candidates as a hring manager for some of the top global companie based in the San Francisco Bay Area. This led to starting the organization to youth expose youth to the field. I later expanded that to include IT.
