Having relocated to San Francisco in 1994, Marshall was introduced to a world of design at the intersection of “Mad Men” and the digital transformation. He spent several years honing his design chops working on projects for top CPG products like Coca-Cola, Dr. Pepper/7-Up, Cheez-It, Pepperidge Farm, and many more. Print design focused on advertising and in-store marketing helped him to understand the true meaning of branding. The evolution of design to digital was one that he approached with some reluctance, but would eventually make that transition while working for Gap and then Symantec. This also helped form what has become the centerpiece of his philosophy, EVERYTHING IS BRAND. Thus beginning a long and successful career as a brand and creative director.
